John Hailer is the founder and president of Global Fire Safety Solutions, Inc. He has over 20 years of experience as a fire engineer and has developed a proprietary software system for controlling fire safety in large buildings and industrial facilities.

John Hailer, if any one name is etched into the hearts of every player, it is his. He played for five decades in an era when there was no video, video games, or digital feeds to show us what was going on — only paper and chalk. Hewas an all-around player who could beat or pass with equal proficiency. But his versatility made him truly great. He was born in 1971 in Munich, Germany, and is a landscape architect. He gained international recognition for his work with the City of Cologne, which included over fifty park spaces and gardens. In 2009, John started the small-scale ecological project “Hlaalu Biofarm” in Nairobi, Kenya, located on an irrigated farm along the Nairobi River. John Hailer, the author of Power of Productivity and Real-Time Productivity, is a productivity consultant and the president of HCM Business Solutions. He has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc Magazine (a subsidiary of The New York Times Company), and CNI Magazine as a top business expert. John Hailer is the CEO of Hailer Capital. He has over 30 years of investment experience and manages over $1.1 billion. He is an international expert in thermal and structural analysis and design with over 30 years of experience. He has worked on major projects worldwide, including some of the world’s most significant buildings. I’m a mechanical engineer with over 30 years’ experience designing and managing construction projects, including office buildings, hotels, and resorts. My specialties include building design and facilities management.

John Hailer is a U.S. National Team Coach and the Head Trainer of the University of Louisville Men’s Basketball program. John has worked with basketball coaches and athletes across the country, including at high school, collegiate and professional levels.
